Ordering and Payment
To pay for your order, you choose the payment method among those offered by Marooky either Cash on Delivery (COD) or Credit Card on the payment page.
Your Multi-channel payments are secured by the Center Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) which offers a completely secure payment service.
The data recorded by the CMI on the Multi-channel payment platform on behalf of Marooky constitutes proof of all commercial transactions between you and Marooky.

You must be 18 years old or older and have an authorized valid credit card to use it while submitting an order through this website. You agree not to use this website for any illegal or inappropriate activities. We do not solicit any personal information from children. We will take all reasonable care to secure the details of your order and payment. But in case of any electronical bugs or the use of unsafe or public device, we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from the website. We accept no liability if you provide an incorrect delivery address or when you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified. Shipping and delivery policy
All orders are shipped from Marooky warehouses in the Kingdom of Morocco.

In order to provide the best customer service, the order is prepared as soon as it is received from our valued customers, as an email or text message is sent from Marooky to confirm the order within less than 12 hours, including order information and tracking link
The products will be delivered as soon as possible by the shipping company, within 2 working days for orders in Morocco.
customs duty and/or taxes of the shipments may be applying by the authority in the country of destination . Marooky is not responsible for any duties or taxes requested in the country of arrival by authorities.
The products will be delivered to the delivery address that you specified in the order. Our valued customer must write the delivery address and contact number correctly
Returns and Refunds
The customer has no right to cancel or return the goods that are requested after the order is executed.
In case of any damage at the time of receipt, there is a possibility to replace the damaged item as per our policies.
We can replace your order with the same item or assert your right of withdrawal, and be fully reimbursed or selected same-value one. the customer shall notify Marooky within the period of 2 days from the reception date for the reasons stated below. otherwise, we offer you a Replacement for two criteria only must be met to qualify for a replacement first the product is defective, second the product is not as described. we will require evidence (photos, videos) to ensure that the above-mentioned are met and we reserve our sole discretion for assessment and the right not to send a replacement. Perishable merchandise is completely exempt from return and exchange in safety and quality. The costs of returning the goods remaining at your expense. However, only goods returned in perfect condition for resale, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) can be refunded.
Marooky is only held to perform its obligations insofar as no event of force majeure comes to hinder them.
